PETLIBRO and PETLIBRO LITE are two different apps.

The PETLIBRO app is compatible with the following products: PLAF103 Granary WIFI Feeder, PLAF203 Granary Camera Monitoring Feeder, PLAF107 Space Automatic Pet Feeder, and PLWF105 Dockstream App Monitoring Water Fountain. If you have purchased any of the Granary Feeder series, please check the QR code on the product body or in the manual to download the correct app.

The PETLIBRO app offers the following features:

1. Remote control of your water fountain and feeder from anywhere, at any time, with adjustable working modes.
2. Real-time monitoring of device status, logs, and pet behavior to ensure your pet's health.
3. Ability to set up feeding schedules to maintain your pet's daily routine.
4. Customization of voice messages (meal calls) and device names.
5. Access to FAQs, solutions, and real-time customer support.
6. Firmware upgrades in the app to unlock new features and optimize performance.
7. User-friendly interface for a better user experience.

Continuous Monthly/Annual Cloud Storage Service Description

1. Subscription period: one month/one year
2. Subscription price: $5.99/$11.99 per month, $59.99/$119.99 per year
3. Payment: Once the user confirms the purchase and pays, it will be credited to the iTunes account.
4. Cancel Renewal: To cancel the renewal, please do so within 24 hours of the current subscription expiration. You can turn off auto-renewal in iTunes/Apple ID settings.
5. Automatic Renewal: Apple iTunes accounts will be charged within 24 hours before expiration. The payment and subscription period will be extended for one month after successful deduction.
